A dozen contracted farms sharing one drying floor, working toward 4,000 tonnes for Gulf millers — dried to 12.5% moisture and sailed in bulk.

Two family mills fitted with colour sorters through our financing — breakage held under 5%, sealed in 25 kg sacks for West African distributors.

Chilled boxes staged, sealed and followed from our cold store to the quay — logger readouts travelling with every reefer to the customer.

Six hillside orchards keeping one shared ripeness calendar — apples and citrus lifted on sugar readings, never guesswork, for European retailers.

Certified young plants raised for 200+ smallholders — even transplants grow into even harvests, and even harvests sort into better grades.

Sweet corn and feed maize from the river districts — picked milky-ripe for fresh packs, or dried down for feed-grade bulk loads.
