Wheat Harvest Programme
Twelve contracted farms, one shared drying floor and a 4,000-tonne target for millers in the Gulf.
Each season a dozen of our wheat growers cut within the same ten-day window and deliver to a single drying floor we manage beside the main road. Grain is turned, dried to a steady 12.5% moisture and sampled from every trailer before it joins the export heap — so the vessel loads one even parcel instead of twelve uneven ones.
Millers in the Gulf buy this parcel year after year because it behaves the same way in the grist every time: predictable absorption, stable protein and paperwork that matches the hold. Farm walks run through harvest, and customers are welcome to join them.
