Terms of Service

Quotations are valid for 14 days and reflect availability, freight rates and exchange rates at the time of issue. Confirmed orders are priced as agreed; if a harvest shortfall makes a grade unavailable, we offer the nearest grade or a full refund of any deposit — your choice.

Fresh produce travels under recorded cold-chain conditions, and temperature logs accompany every reefer load. Claims for quality must be raised within 48 hours of arrival with photographs, so we can settle them against the lot's grading record.

Title to the goods passes on full payment. Risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm stated on your invoice — FOB, CFR or CIF. Export certificates, lab reports and bills of lading are released against cleared funds unless otherwise agreed in writing.
