Reefer Dispatch & Port Loading

Refrigerated boxes staged, sealed and tracked from our cold store to the quayside.

Export containers stacked at the port before loading

Fresh loads leave our cold store only after pulp temperatures read correctly at three points in the pallet. Boxes are pre-tripped to the crop's set point, loaded to the airflow plan, sealed with a numbered bolt and paired with a calibrated logger before the short run to the quay.

At the port our clerk confirms the container number, seal and set point against the booking, and the customer receives the logger readout with the arrival notice. When a reading drifts, the buyer hears it from us first — with the corrective booking already made.
