How Export-Grade Produce Is Graded Before It Ships

Size, colour, firmness and full lot traceability — how produce earns its export stamp.
Every export consignment starts long before the container is sealed. Our graders check size, colour, firmness and brix levels against the buyer's specification sheet, and anything that falls short is redirected to domestic markets.
Each passed lot is tagged with a lot number that follows it from the packhouse to the port, so buyers can trace any carton back to the field it came from. That paper trail is what turns a one-time order into a standing contract.
